WHEN I AM FAST ASLEEP i dream and see you floating high above meAND I AWAKE AT DAWN before the rays of morning paint the front lawn - - * - - * - - * - - * - - * - - * - - With a sigh and a stretch Jessy made her way out of the dorm. It was way to warm and stuffy inside to want to stay there. Well thats what Jessy thought anyway. She couldn't stand being inside when it was such a nice day out. She had to admit that for a weekend it was pretty early to be awake and it was probably near impossible that she would meet anyone, let alone anyone she knew. Her friends weren't stupid. They used the weekend to party hard, stay up late then sleep in for ages. Even though Jessy enjoyed partying and staying up late she always managed to be awake before 9AM. It was practically a skill of hers. Just a really really stupid one.
As she walked outside the dorm building she already knew where she was heading. Trinity Oak Park. It was a great place to go for a walk and to get some good photos too. Which is what she planned to do today hence why her camera was slung around her neck, on and ready to snap a photo at command. She loved her camera to pieces and it was one of her most treasured possesions. She rarely ever left her house without it and even took it when she went out to nightclubs and stuff. Her life revolved around her photography and she didn't care one bit. Apart from her friends and family photography was the most important part of her life. Without it she would be a totally different person.
As Trinity Oak Park came into veiw Jessy could see a few familys with children running around happily. With a smile, Jessy continued her walk. She loved seeing the kids playing and stuff, enjoying the youth as it were. As they got older though they were bound to becmoe disruptive, annoying buggers. Most kids now grew up like that. Mainly because their parents didn't seem to care much. If there was one thing Jessy hated most it was seeing kids misbehave and effectivly ruin their lives. Especially education wise. A lot of kids didn't even read anymore which upset Jessy so much. She couldn't even get her little sister to read. The stupid brat. She loved her family so much but sometimes she could really hate her sister.
Pushing a stray piece of hair behind her ear Jessy headed towards an empty bench in front of a small-ish pond. She loved it here, so full of nature. She setteled down on the bench and took an experimental picture of the pond in front of her. With a content smile Jessy leaned back and stared up at the pale blue sky. She wasn't normally one that loved silence but it was just right here. Not to loud but not silent ether. - - * - - * - - * - - * - - * - - * - - тαggє∂ openωσя∂ ¢συит four.six.sevenиσтєѕ ℓуяι¢ѕ the airway - owl city ¢яє∂ιт credit goes teh me!

Life seems to always be boring now, there isn’t something epic that comes your way, where you can simply be yourself, where you can act out and be un-naturally strange without people making a huge deal about it. It seems to always be the constant issue that passes threw someone’s mind that there really is nothing else, there is nothing that a person can truly handle where they can really be who they want to be. There seems to be a real problem with this, where acceptance just isn’t accepted, where people have the hardest time with simply living. How society has grown too irritating.
Bryce had a hard time adjusting to this life being in America, it was always a bit, different. His accent gained him a lot of attention, and him being a singer certainly did as well. Though he missed the life that he had when it was simple, when he didn’t have to worry about this school of art, where he could just simply be Bryce, instead of Bryce the singer. It was labels to a whole new level. How much that sucked, that he didn’t have a true name in this world, not till he came here. His life has changed where he could possibly become someone, maybe someone that he wants to be.
So what was a creative guy like him supposed to do when your down on creativity. Down when you need to find something makes you feel so much better. To head out into the world, to head out into the creative center, nature. Bryce had gathered his guitar case with water and his note pad, ready to allow creativity to burst into the seems of his creative genius. Driving to the limits of the city, he parked his silver civic next to the sidewalk as he entered the park, ipod headphones plugged deeply into his ear drums. He was ready. He was getting close to a open outlet of where he usually went, a small duck pond as he liked to call it. Finding that his spot, wasn’t as vacant as he would have liked, he flicked his head to the side to move his hair out of his face as he looked at the small blonde girl threw his darkened shades. oh boy he thought to himself as he slowly walked to the bench that he would be normally found and took a seat next to the girl who was gazing up at the sky. Pulling out his headphones, and shoving them into the depths of his pockets, he smiled at the girl. She reminded him a bit of his little sister, full of energy going on to being about 10 now. ”Hello there.” Bryce said to the girl. Hopefully he hadn’t scared her, she probably had seen him sit down, maybe she would be a bit, to the fact that he was a senior.

WHEN I AM FAST ASLEEP i dream and see you floating high above meAND I AWAKE AT DAWN before the rays of morning paint the front lawn - - * - - * - - * - - * - - * - - * - - Jessy took hold of her camera, snapping a few photos of the sky and some odd looking clouds. Her camera was so full of pointless photos. Well what most people thought of as pointless. She could see the potential in them. The inspiration. But then, she was a photography so it was only natural that she saw these things in her work. She hated it when people made faces when they saw her pictures and asked what had possesed her to take it. She found that an insult of the highest level. She hated hearing critique about her work and would often just sulk when someone told her it was good but could be inproved because it looked nothing like some stupid famous photographer who's name she'd forgotten. So what if it didn't look the same. It should. She had a much different style that was unique to her. Deal with it.
Suddenly pulled out of her thoughts by someone saying hello, she jumped slightly and turned to face a boy who was now sitting next to her. "Hay!" She said brightly with a grin. She looked at him for a moment, openly curious, and came to the decision he was a few years older then her. Possibly a Junior or Senior. That or he just looked older for his age. She assumed it was the first one and then noticed his guitar, or what she thought was his guitar. She turned back to the boy and smiled again, looking more childish then ever. "I'm Jessica. A sophomore at Hamptons School Of Art." She introduced herself with a laugh, knowing she probably looked a lot younger then she was. Heck, apparently she looked younger then her little sister who was around eight or nine. Not that she was embarressed about it of course, she loved looking like a kid. It was great fun.
Nodding her head towards his guitar she looked at him quizzically. "Do you play?" She asked him, knowing it must of sounded like a stupid question but hey, for all she knew it belonged to someone else and he was just looking after it. Well, whatever the reason for him having it, it wasn't any of her buisness. No really.

He watched her closely, enjoying the thought that he might have actually frightened her for a moment. It was always bemusing when he could shock someone, or make someone realize that they aren’t alone. Their surprised expressions were one of the many ones that he was greatly bemused with. He waited a few moments, his hands cupped together lazily lounging in his lap as he continued to watch the girl, in her own world, she was completely enjoying her time with her camera, he could tell, by the way she handled it and how she peered up at the sky. Bryce would have joined in enjoying the clouds. When she looked at him. Somewhat startled from what he could tell.
She was energetic from what he could tell already from her greeting. This girl was happy to see a complete stranger. Probably not one of the best attributes. Though he wouldn’t worry bout it too much, he knew he was strange and was a bit odd, but he wasn’t someone to be afraid of. Or at least he hoped not? Smiling warily as he listened to her babble about who she was. It was interesting all in all, but really his brain could only take it so much at once. He waved enthusiastically to go with her hyper attention. She defiantly was young, and she was very happy. Bryce was bemused about her energy. ”Uh. Hi. I’m Bryce Cody. I go to Hampton as well. Erm. Senior?” he explained extending a opened hand for her to shake, or high five or maybe to eye suspiciously wondering what the hell he was doing, it was just depending on what type of person she was.
He noted her eying his guitar case. Bryce opened his mouth to ask her if she wanted to see it, but she had asked another question all together. Does he play? Why would be lugging around a guitar case for nothing? Instead of mentally answering that question, he shook his head and grabbed the guitar case, settling it on his lap as he unzipped the bag, pulling out the wooden acrostic guitar. Slipping out a pick he strummed a few cords onto the guitar the melody playing beautifully together. ”I dabble in guitar you could say?” he told the younger girl bemused as he looked at her. He was a singer, he was almost required to play the guitar. He pointed at her camera. ”You know how to work with that?” he asked her, though he was already most certain.

WHEN I AM FAST ASLEEP i dream and see you floating high above meAND I AWAKE AT DAWN before the rays of morning paint the front lawn - - * - - * - - * - - * - - * - - * - - Wow. A senior. Jessy didn't know all that many seniors but that wasn't really a surprise was it? She was, afterall, only a sophomore. Saying it that way she sounded so young when she was fifteen which sounded kinda old. Or it didn't to most people but to her it was. She could still remember when she was seven years old. That was so long ago now and she missed it so much. Her childhood was definatly the best part of her life, it was probably the best part of everyones really. Although growing up had it's advantages, staying young had a few to. A few that were much more important to Jessy then the advantages of growing up. It wasn't like she needed to keep drinking alcohol to live or that she needed a car to get around. She could walk and have fun without being drunk.,
"It's great to meet ya Bryce." Jessy said happily, shaking his hand and smiling. She wondered what he was thinking and if he thought she was being just a little to weird. Maybe she was scaring him? Ah well. He didn't seem to mind all to much. Not yet anyway. She laughed slightly when he replied to her question. She was only just starting to realize how stupid that question must have sounded to him when the answer was oh so obvious. Seriously. Why else carry a guitar that probably weighed a ton around? She needed to learn to think these things through before she started asking questions. Of course, Jessy didn't think. She acted. That was the problem.
Nodding enthusiastically, Jessy grinned. "I love my camera. It's my most treasured possesion. I never leave the house without it." She said with one more nod as she held her camera up slightly for him to see properly. She knew how nerdy that probably sounded but ah well. She was a nerd when it came to photography, it was something that she was proud to show and would quite happily shout it out to the world if she was asked to. It wasn't exactly the worst thing in the world, was it? Even being a nerd wasn't bad. She thought nerds were cool in their own weird way. Then again, this was Jessica we were talking about.

It was fun how much this girl was energetic. She was highly bemusing to him. It was hard for him, to not really goof off with her. Mostly because it was probably going to be simply entertaining. Bryce was easily bemused and she was someone that would hold his attention, not someone that would simply bore him to death and make him want to leave very quickly, to make him want to leave, like if she was annoying or would simply cause him to want to commit insanity. Well probably not going to go that far, seeing as he was already insane, but just enough hat he was in easy irritated that would make him go over the edge, which was a very big edge, his friends were a bit out there, okay they weren’t one was a silent shy girl and the other one was a random guy and another hyperactive female. It was hard to realize that his friends were simply different than himself, like his shy gal friend, many people didn’t believe that he was friends with her, they were so different. So completely different from what he was looking in friendship.
”Its nice to meet you Jessica.” Bryce exclaimed happily with a laugh. It was different for him to be around someone a lot younger than he was. Bryce was used to being around girls and guys at least juniors. He was not very into hanging out with younger kids, they seemed to frighten him really, with all their fountain of youth age and all. Besides they probably wouldn’t understand half of the jokes that he would come up with, they were a bit over their heads. Though the obvious questions were a bit fun to him, it was fun. He was having a great time today in the park. Bryce had found someone who was, different. He rested his guitar on the case as he leaned back onto the bench. Bryce understood the feeling of it being one of her most prized possessions. That was how he felt about his guitar. He nodded quickly to her. ”I understand completely. I feel that way with my guitar. But I’d look odd with it all the time. So occasionally I will leave it behind.” Bryce told her. He understood about passion. About how much he enjoyed something and felt that he belonged, to do something. He loved music and how much it was apart of everyone’s lives. Bryce, wanted to bring new music, give people amazing stories and give them a piece of what his heart was singing. ”So do you like it here?” Bryce asked her with a raised eye brow.
